No incentivized traffic
No compensation, cash rewards, or vouchers are distributed for using this software platform. Clean organic consumer request matching only. Paid-to- click, paid-to-submit, autofill bots, surveys-for-rewards, and any other form of incentivized traffic are expressly prohibited across every traffic source, affiliate partner, and sub-affiliate operating under the Grintyd brand. Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of accrued fees.
TCPA
Lead-capture forms collect prior express written consent at the point of submission, with disclosure language on the same screen as the submit control. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Audit-grade records of consent (timestamp, IP, user agent, form text shown) are retained for five years. Outbound calling honors a five-day internal Do-Not-Call sync.
CAN-SPAM
All commercial email identifies Grintyd as the sender, includes a valid physical postal address, and offers a functional one-click unsubscribe honored within ten business days.
CCPA / CPRA
California residents may exercise rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information via the Do Not Sell or Share page. We do not knowingly process the personal information of consumers under sixteen years of age.
GDPR posture
Grintyd services US residents only and does not target EU/EEA data subjects. Inbound requests from EU/EEA IP ranges are not processed for installer matching.

Suspected violations of this framework: compliance@grintyd.com. Response within two business days; substantive resolution within ten.
