Use of the service
Grintyd provides educational estimates and broker matching for residential solar installations to US homeowners. Grintyd is an independent publisher; we do not install systems, finance hardware, or warranty installer workmanship.
Estimates are not quotes
Savings figures shown on this site are derived from public utility tariff data and a displacement factor described in our Methodology. Final pricing, system sizing, and warranty terms are set by the matched installer.
Section 4: Prohibition of Incentivized Use & Fraudulent Traffic
This site operates strictly under organic lookup models. Users are completely barred from using virtual private networks (VPNs), botting utilities, automated form submission software, proxy services, or incentivized click pools to trigger fake application logs, generate artificial impressions, or submit fraudulent lead records. Any traffic deemed non-organic — including but not limited to referral manipulation, device fingerprint spoofing, duplicate identity cycling, and reward-for-action schemes — is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, nullification of associated referral credits, and reporting to the compliance officers of our affiliate networks and installer partners.
No incentivized use
No compensation, cash rewards, or vouchers are distributed for using this software platform. Clean organic consumer request matching only. Submitting requests on behalf of an unwitting third party, automated submissions, and incentivized traffic are prohibited and may result in access termination.
Eligibility
Services are intended for US residents aged eighteen or older who own or authoritatively represent the property being submitted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grintyd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or any installer engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
